Unlike messy duct tape, ACUPATCH Deluxe Tarp Repair Kit patches are made from genuine USGI ACUPAT Field Tarp, ensuring seamless repairs that blend in perfectly without leaving any unsightly residue.

With an instruction insert that doubles as an adhesive spreader, you can quickly and easily repair small pinholes with the 1” disc ACUPAT patches. The glue in the kit doubles as a seam sealer and even works underwater! It bonds in minutes and fully cures in 24 hours, remaining flexible in freezing and hot conditions.

The ACUPATCH Deluxe Repair Kit comes with a crush-proof test tube case, which can also be reused to store small items. It includes 24 1″ Disc/Dot Patches (12 Foilage and 12 Desert Sand), 8 4″ x 2″ Rectangular Patches (4 Foilage and 4 Desert Sand), 4 6″ x 3.25″ Large Rectangular Patches (2 Foilage and 2 Desert Sand), and 2 .85fl.oz/25ml Adhesive tubes.

Instructions:

All surfaces should be clean and free of dirt, grease and oil. Best if used between 50°F and 90°F. Use in a well ventilated area. Avoid breathing adhesive vapors and prolonged contact with your skin. We found that Isopropyl rubbing alcohol works really well to clean the patch area. Chemical cleaners may damage the urethane coating on the tarp. Always test cleaner in small area.

1. Apply adhesive to each surface.

To maximize bond strength: Wait approximately two minutes for adhesive to partially dry before joining surfaces.

2.Press surfaces firmly together.

NOTE: Bond forms immediately and can be difficult to reposition. Cure Time Dry to touch in 5-10 minutes. Allow for a minimum of 24 hours for full cure. Cure time may increase with lower temperatures and when used on non-porous surfaces.

Storage Tips

After each use, wipe nozzle with a dry cloth and tightly replace cap. Store in a cool, dry location. Tip: For easier re-opening, apply a thin coat of petroleum jelly to the threads before replacing cap. Store away from children and animals.

Clean-up

Wipe uncured adhesive with a dry cloth. **Warning chemical cleaners may damage the urethane coating used on the ACUPAT Reversible Field Tarp.
